Since 1998, Ms. Chan is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She is a prominent EB-5 immigration attorney who has been featured in China Daily, The Real Deal, The New York Times, EB-5 Investors Magazine and other major publications.

Ms. Chan was born in Fuzhou in Fujian Province, China as the daughter of a real estate developer. She was educated in New York and graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has co-authored the book “Roaming the Virtual Law Library” (Law Press, 2004) and has taught at Tsinghua University School of Law in Beijing. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Fujianese and Cantonese.
