Contact us to receive our preliminary questionnaire. Hire an immigration attorney to prepare for the documentation requirement.
Once we review the completed investor’s questionnaire, a member of our Investor Relations team will assist investors in choosing the appropriate EB-5 qualified project for investment. We require the require the initial delivery of the legal documents, including a numbered Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) and Subscription Agreement, to be directed to the investors to ensure the most recent and up-to-date project information and documentation is provided.
Investors and attorneys will review the legal documents and prepare the source of fund memorandum and statement about personal background etc.
If the investor decides to invest, he/she sends a completed and signed Subscription Agreement to us. After our review and approval of all the legal documents. We return a countersigned copy of the Subscription Agreement to the investor.
Upon receiving our approval to invest, investor has to make two wire transfers, the investment ($800,000) and the Administrative Fee ($50,000). Accounting will confirm the receipt of funds in writing for investor’s I-526 filing records. This may take 2-3 days.
Note: please adjust your investment to account for banking fees. The EB-5 Program requires the investors to invest no less than the amount mentioned in the subscription Agreement which is net of banking fees or administration, or application fees.
The immigration attorney submits a complete I-526 package to us for review. The review should not take more than 4 business days unless complexities arise.
The attorney submits the I-526 package to USCIS and sends the receipt to the investor. We will continue to monitor your case and provide periodic updates on your investment.
